If you are not 100% happy with an item from Pool Cue Warhouse within 60 days of your purchase you can return it for a full refund or exchange.

All items that we offer are covered under Pool Cue Warhouses 60 Day 100% Customer Satisfaction policy whether an item has been used or not. Try our products and return them for a full refund if you are unhappy for any reason. This includes chalked cues.

Customers will be responsible all shipping charges to return any item(s) including any shipping cost that were incurred sending out your original order unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item.  In addition, if there were any customizations done on a cue such as tip change or has been damaged we cannot refund the cost of those services.

Pool Cue Warehouse inspects all items before issuing a refund & may request pictures of the product before it is sent back to us. To return an item, call us or emails us to recieve an RGA number, if a return is sent to us without an RGA number it will be refused. Refunds may take 3-4 days from the item is recieved.
